You should drink at least 1.2 litres of water each day. Ideally more, but aim for that to start off.

I'm gonna go through my regeime and hope it helps you.
Bear in mind, i personally find garnier ect rubbish, but I'm aware skincare can be expensive so if your going to use a cheap brand, go with olay.

    Morning.
1- Take a clean facecloth and soak it in hot water.
    Apply on your face.
2- I use guinot lait hydra feaicheur cleansing milk, massage this into your face, circular motions going up, as you're fighting gravity.
3- make sure it's well massaged in.
4- use facecloth and hot water to remove the cleanser.
5- wet a cotton disc, lose excess water and put some
toner on disc. Wipe across your face.
Rosewater toner is best for sensitive skin, any skin really. I use the guinot rosewater toner.
7- when face is dry, apply a moisturiser suitable for your skin type.
I use Dior SPF 15 hyrdalife, with a Dior hyrdaction serum underneath.

Repeat this at night, but replace the day moisturiser with a night cream, that will repair and nourish your skin while you sleep. I find lancome do very good night moisturisers.

You should exfoliate once to twice a week but no more. Personally, I find the exfoliators with beads irritate my face no end.
Guinot do one that is called gommage biologique. You rub it in and it's like it dissolves the dead skin.

    Facemask once a week.

    And an eye moisturiser.

Don't apply your face moisturiser around your eyes as it's far too heavy.
The skin around your eyes is far more delicate.

I hope this helps you, but I can only talk thru what works for me, as I don't know what skin type you are.

Igh! Sorry, misread. I just talked you through fave. My bad.

Personally I love soap and glory products.

Some like it hot exfoliator - I use this on the top of my body.
Flake away - exfoliator for my legs.
Clean on me - body wash.
    The rightous butter - moisturiser.

It's reasonably priced and you can find it in boots.
Cocoa butter moistureiser seems to be good too. But I can't say enough nice things about soap and glory.

Use The Blonde shampoo from Lush. It makes your hair a little bit lighter if you use it as your only shampoo. Their hair mask Marylin did nothing for me though.
