    Seeing as how it's a representation of the sound you make exhaling after taking a big sniff of the smell of gravy, and it's not meant as a proper word, no it's not wrong. It's valid, but not a proper sentence or anything. That's why there's no capital letter.

    I'd be more inclined to question the use of the word "favourite", which in this context seems to mean "traditonal". It's almost like the bad English you see on Japanese T-shirts.
