ye i would have to go with Bra's point against KK some say that as Galway already had the game won it was not significant enough but I feel that is irrelevant it was sheer class and yes I do have my maroon lenses in

Before even seeing the opening post, Kevin Broderick's point in the 2001 All-Ireland semi-final came to mind immediately. It was brilliant.

Ciaran Careys legendary solo run..... Remember being there at the Munster semi-final in 96, and it gives me goosebumps everytime I watch it since.
    Class player.

Ciaran Carey's point against Clare is the best. Im from Clare myself and I remember being left dumb-founded at the final whistle when we went out. It was some point though.

I've two that I can't separate - Brian Corcoran's point while on his knees, instinctive hurling, and Sully's 100 yard point against Limerick.

    How predictable...

An All Ireland Winning Point in the last puck of the game (almost) James O Connor 1997.
Ciaran Carey's point against us in 1996 a close second.

This. Class player, one of the unluckiest ever to not win an all ireland. That Limerick team probably should have won two at least (almost pains me to say that). Any truth in rumours of him going for the manager's job. He just might be the man to get ye back off the floor.

If John Fenton's was the best goal, then Carey's was certainly the best point. That semi final was one bruising encounter on a scorching hot day.

The Joe Deane one ...one of the few players who could think of attempting a score like that in a championship match
