Those toffees disappeared off the market around 1977. Do anyone know which company made them? Were they manufactured in Ireland? Scotland? England? I can't find any info other than an American Coffee Co. that gets the recipe from a flavor house. BUT it is actually the wrapper design that I am seeking...they were…
