Colin's Coffee Class

    For those who might be interested, I just noticed...

    Colin Harmon (3fe) is holding a coffee class this Saturday at his cafe in Dublin. The class will be focusing on how best to brew filter coffee.

    Got myself all the V60 paraphernalia and am enjoying immensely at home! Cant make Saturday but sounds like a great idea. Give me a filter brew rather than an Americano any day, i say!

    Afaik he/they (think I'll just start using "the collective") are doing them fortnightly or maybe monthly.
    I haven't made it yet, but have heard good things from a couple of others. Think you get a bag of coffee to take home?
