Relakks vpn service downtime?

I used the vpn this morning at 10am. Since 8pm today i cant get relakks vpn to work...i cant access the relakks site either..i put the address relakks.com into that site for checking site downtime http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and it said that the relakks site was down...anyone here know whats going in with relakks?
