    I would suggest the following:

Engine & Bay Area: Engine & Machine Cleaner. This is a powerful degreaser, use this for cleaning, and Vinyl & Rubber care for the rubber and plastics.

Wheels Cleaning: AG Custom Wheel Cleaner (Acid Free). If you want an Acid wheel cleaner you can use AG Clean Wheel, but I would not recommend an Acid Wheel Cleaner.

Tyre Dressing: AG Instant Tyre Dressing.

Washing: AG Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner to wash body of the car.

Tar Removal: AG Intense Tar Remover. I find the best way to put the tar remover on is to put some in a spray bottle and use a fine spray to spray it onto the car.

Waxing / Polishing: AG Ultra Deep Shine, this is made for dark coloured cars.

For the Interior of the car I would suggest the following:

Interior Cleaning: AG Interior Shampoo, this can be used to clean almost everything on the interior.

Interior: AG Vinyl & Rubber Care, creates an anti-static barrier.

Windows: AG have 2 products Fast Glass and Car Glass Polish. Personally I use the Car Glass Polish.

Finish off with some Odour Eliminator, this is brill for getting rid of cigarette smoke smells from the interior.

If you want to go all out you can try the following:

If you have a Stainless steel exhaust or other chrome, metal parts. you can use the AG Metal Polish to Shine it up.

For non-colour coded bumpers you can use the AG Bumper Care.

If your seats, headling, carpets or other interior items are stained or scuffed you can use the AG Stain & Scuff. It removes, food, milk, chocolate, blood, vomit etc..

Alloy wheel Seal: Spray on solution, coats the wheel to deter the build up of brake dust.

AG have a new Perfect Palm Microfibre, which got good reviews in the Autoexpress magazine.
The AG Perfect Polishing cloths are good, they dont leave bits of dust or cloth behind.

I find a bit of http://www.meguiars.com/ does the trick, I love the tyre shine stuff it last for ages.

Some of the Auto Glym stuff is good, the resin polish gives a good shine just don't get it on black plastic it's a bugger to remove.

I think you're better off using a polish and then a separate wax or sealant for any sort of decent protection. Stuff like this that claims to do both doesn't seem to last. Also, a clay bar is great for cleaning before waxing - it gets rid of loads of crap you can't even see, along with stuff you can (like tar, etc.). www.detailer.ie has some good stuff.
