Tracking and alignment

Could anybody recommend anywhere reasonably cheap to get tracking and light aligment done?

I know of dave mccanns in d15 but find his prices a bit ambitious at 60 for tracking and 25 for light alignment

Anywhere else more realistic or is that pretty much the going rate?

I think they're 29.99 for tracking, I usually go to the one in Kimmage as I work near there and the lads there are sound, would do alignment and all for that price I'd say.

you have choices


get it done properly at mccanns or ac car sales on the south circular road and pay 60-70 or pay 30-50 and have it done at kwik fit or wherever, a proper alignment (esp 4 wheel) takes set up and knowledge and can take the best part of an hour,

if you are going to do something, do it right

Thats true cyrus but doesnt mean you have to pay through the teeth and be ripped off.

Thanks for your suggestions lads, i followed them up and they all quoted about 70-75 for tracking and light alignment.

I went with Fast Fit (coolmine) in the end. Got my tracking & lights done for 50! They did it on the spot too, they didnt tell me to come back later or have me waiting around like some other outfits

To be honest I found Dave McCanns the best, they are very good and do a proper job. Other places I have gone to are not the best

I paid 50e in quick fit for 4 wheel tracking - its pretty much the going rate.
