    Hello all,

Phat Lizzy have been playing Thin Lizzy's Live and Dangerous album, plus their other hits, in the Bray/Dublin area for a year and a half now but our drummer has left us (on good terms) recently.

We need a talented drummer who can play in Brian Downey's style. This is a very difficult job if you haven't tried it before so any drummers reading this, please give a listen to tracks like Bad Reputation, Massacre, or Warriors (from Live and Dangerous in the latter two cases) before responding. If you can do it we'd love to hear from you or if you think you know someone else who's interested please pass this on.

We were twice offered to play Devils Disciples bike shows after being spotted at our own gigs so we're not half bad, don't worry about that. We don't take it or ourselves too seriously though, to be honest. We'd gig every 4-6 weeks and learn a new song or two for a new gig. It doesn't take a great deal of time. This is a side project for fun and a few quid though we're considering stepping it up a little to get bigger profile shows such as those bike shows with 6,000 people attending. That'd be nice.

Looking forward to hearing from you
    Kev

    Hey dude.

    Are these paid gigs?

If so, I'd love if you let me try out!

    Peace,
    John.
