    performance: HM M2M
athlete: HM (with Abhainn very very close)
    photo: Mick Rice in Connemara
    thread: 1000 mile challenge
    poster Krusty Clown
    debut: T runner (marathon)

Thanks to everyone who contributed nominations and votes. And I'd like to be first to congratulate Krusty. We all know how great his posts are and I'm sure he is hugely embarrassed to have this publicly recognised but Congrats all the same. Great also to see the 1000 mile challenge recognised. I love that thread and the joy, pain, achievement, encouragement it brings.

lol, I was going to ask if we could grab Woddles "poster of the season" for KC but I guess "brought to you by Garmin" would be more appropriate :-)

I thought it was more subliminal, and nobody would notice. It's great to have an awards system For runners and triathletes alike, but next time, we should try to connect with the track athletes who tend to be forgotten because they keep their head down and slog away every week, rather than prancing around a marathon course once every 6 months and write about it in flowery language. They're on the Edge of our peripheral vision, but represent the grassroots of the sport.

I hate the fact that I got every Garmin reference there. Italics weren't required!

Well said, Bazman's 10k at nationals mid 30.xx. Great performance. two 15 minute 5ks back to back. Something us mortals could only dream about.

    We can only dream.
Take a look at ecoli and cfitz's logs if you want to see hard work, determination and how to do things properly and something we should all aspire to.
