So I was out and about today and being mild there were lots of guys walking about in t's. I noticed a fair few who obviously worked out.

I noticed two types of arms - not all but a few.

There were guy's who had huge arms , not fat at all of course - just huge arms but not muscular at all - they looked like normal arms just much bigger,

then there were guy's whose arms were big not huge though but very muscular - you could actually see several different muscles from hand to shoulder.

What would they be doing to get these two different effects ?

    Thx

    Hi There

I would reckon that the guys with the noticeably muscular arms were just carrying less body fat then the guys with the big but undefined arms.

This IMHO is achieved with diet and running a calorie deficit while continuing to workout.

    Best Regards,

    M

It's all about your body fat level. If a guy has 17inch arms ripped at 6% bodyfat there going to be a hello of a lot bigger at 15% bodyfat.
