contacting bodyhaven for non delivered iem

    I bought perfume from bodyhaven.ie over a week ago who say they have prompt delivery. I am in Dublin and so are they so presumed that I would get it this week. It was a gift and the birthday has been and gone. I have emailed them seven times and got no response. I ordered from them to support Irish and because of the promo on boards and the good feedback.

    I paid using paypal and the money has been deducted from my account. They have no phone number. In the FAQ they suggest to contact the post office - who laughed at me and said that they couldn't give me information because I didn't have the number for the registered post.

    I am really frustrated - not getting back to a customer is both rude and bad for business. Any suggestions for what I do next?

    Open a claim on paypal. You gave them every chance to respond.

    I cant apologise enough for the disappointing shortcomings you have experienced with your orders over the last few weeks. Our logistics and customer service standards have fallen far below our normally impeccable levels due to an unforeseeable accident involving a key member of staff.

    I am now in the same position as this person was in,however I paid by laser and so cannot get a refund,I have also contacted the website several times and the other email address on the website but no reply to anything and its been almost a month since I ordered. Does anyone know what the telephone number is to contact someone on for this??

    also tried to contact the address as shown by above [EMAIL="admin@bodyhaven.ie........just"]admin@bodyhaven.ie........just[/EMAIL] says its not set up properly,wot a joke!
