Does Game.co.uk accept Irish Maestro?

    just wondering does Game.co.uk accept Irish Maestro?
    is there any difference between irish and UK maestro? that sticky at the top has me confused. :confused:
    i know game accept maesto - http://www.game.co.uk/Help/~h9834/Ordering/Payment-Options/ - but has anyone here ordered anything off them with maestro?

    You probably have a Laser card. Laser is NOT a Maestro debit card, and will not be accepted unless it specifically says Laser on the site.

    my laser card has the maestro symbol on it. i've used it to book flights on aer lingus just a week ago. will it work on UK sites?

    Unless the site says they accept Laser, then no. The Maestro symbol doesn't make it a debit card, and a Laser card is not a Maestro debit card.

    Aer Lingus accepts Laser.

    The Maestro on a laser means you can use it in ATM machines abroad rather than as a debit card online.

    I got a Ulster bank account which gives you a Visa debit rather than Laser which will work.
