    hey lads,

    just looking for some advice.

Am kinda torn between either buy Kinetica Lean Grain & some Optimum Nutrition Strom Creatine

    or

MP Whey Protein (impact Whey Protein) and the Creatine Monohydrate

Can any of u advice me which is best and also with the MP protein....which one is the best protein?

Looking at putting on some muscle as the rugby season starts back in a few weeks so want to get ahead of the rest of the bunch :)

    thanks :)

I would go with the 2nd option. There wont be any noticable difference in the quality, option 2 I'd imagine would be cheaper, so go with that.

The impact blend is a good choice, great quality product at a good price.

What's your diet like? This will make the biggest differences.

In terms of a good protein powder, just go for one you enjoy drinking. You're going to be drinking it alot, so make sure it's got a taste you enjoy.

In terms of creatine, I've never had any benefits from mono. I'd have a look at a decent blended creatine product with uptake enhancers, bcaa's, and other performance enhancers....or something like magnesium creatine chelate, creatine gluconate etc. as (in my personal opinion), you'll get better results from them.

Mono is cheapest - and everyone's always in favour of whatever's cheapest - but, based on feedback and most of the forums reviews (especially over the pond), you may find you get more back from a more advanced blend.

I ordered some Total Protein off MyProtein.co.uk on Wednesday night and am dying for it to arrive! Am thinking of ordering some Bedtime Extreme as well (not for bedtime in particular, I was thinking as more of a breakfast shake). Anyone have any experiences of this?
