Never understood that 'Candle in the wind' metaphor for Diana, basically means she was unreliable.

It wouldn't just be on her lungs, that she'd have fluid if I met her.....

I don’t care anymore about Cheryl or her lung or whatever Jedward might have to say about it or if the boyfriend blames himself for it.
I’m sick of it, absolutely sick of it

i·ro·ny The use of words to express something different from and often opposite to their literal meaning.
    b. An expression or utterance marked by a deliberate contrast between apparent and intended meaning.
    c. A literary style employing such contrasts for humorous or rhetorical effect. See Synonyms at wit1.

    2. a. Incongruity between what might be expected and what actually occurs: "Hyde noted the irony of Ireland's copying the nation she most hated" (Richard Kain).
    b. An occurrence, result, or circumstance notable for such incongruity. See Usage Note at ironic.

Which one of those definitions applies to you opening the thread and then posting that you don't care about it's subject ?

There's no such thing as a malaria vaccination. There are tablets you can take while you're in a malarial area, but they're not 100% effective because some strains of malaria have developed resistance eg. in Kenya the malaria is chloroquine-resistant

    Irony
of, resembling, relating to, or tasting much like iron

    eg1:
"The anvil was delicious, but irony."

Fragile, it was about Marilyn Monroe before it got its 1997 makeover.

2.a. Because you would expect someone who goes through the bother opf opening and posting a thread on a subject would care somewhat about it's content. There is an incongruity when they declare their lack of interest in said subject.

    That work for you?

I'd much rather bounce my stones off Dannii Minogues arsecheeks given the choice between the two.

How long was Cheryl teabagging will-i-am for?

Isn't it ironic, that Alanis Morissette can write a song entirely devoted to irony and yet the only thing remotely ironic about it is that nothing she says is actually an example of...irony.
