Hi. I've had my hair bleached for a while now and have gone to numerous hair salons searching for the best platinum blonde, but i am never happy with the results. It's always too yellow, too blonde, etc. I've been to Dylan Bradshaw, Zeba, Lunatic Fringe, House of Colour, Shampoo, Peter Marks and many more. I'm getting married in december and would like to find a good colourist soon so that my hair can be looking its best on my big day. At this stage, cost is not a factor. I just want a really good colourist. I hear Cowboys and Angels are good. Has anyone gotten their hair platinum blonde there? Or Brown Sugar?? I'd be so grateful for any suggestions. Thanks!!

I used to live with a girl who had Platinum blonde hair, she however worked in a salon too! The girl who did her hair was a mate but would have never ever done it to a customers hair. Ive been trying for years to get my hair platinum but hairdressers are so hesistant to do it.

Firstly if you hair is long or if anyways bad condition they will not be able to do it, they literally bail a sh!t load of bleach onto your hair/head. It burns and is so so bad for your hair in the long run.

depending on the natural colour of your hair I would settle for a rake load of bleach highlights. Tell them to pack them tight. Then get them to put a platinum toner through it. Buy some silver shampoo and keep washing your hair with this. You should get it a lovely ash/white blonde.

Hpe this helps! (PS i have wanted hair platinum for sooooo long so let me know if you find somewhere :))
