is this site legit for parts?

hi all,
the motherboard on my dell dimension 8400 is fried and i need to replace it. Dell have quoted me 272 euro (or 300+ euro for delivery and fitting), but i have come across this site:

that has it for around 100euro. Just wondering if you reckon id be better off going with this one any trying to install it myself having also found online instructions to do so here:

although i have never tried anything like this before...

are u sure that its the mobo thats gone before u start spending money, also on a system of that age more problems may come to light even after a new mobo is installed. youll prob get a newer motherboard and processor combo for a few quid more anyway. also if u do go ahead and change it a useful tip is to takes pictures of the system and connections as you work so u know where everything goes if u run into trouble good luck

can u list ur full spec,s on your pc i also think a different mobo and cpu would be much better option
