play sent my the wrong item

    Hi guys

    Bought earphones from play but they sent me the wrong ones.

    Does anyone know how I go about changing them.

    They usually fine except that they sometimes like to play silly-buggers when it comes to refunding you your exact postage.

    i ordered earphones and they sent me the wrongs i ordered the sennihiser cx300 and they sent me HD201 :mad:
