    My provisional license is expiring at the end of this month. I applied for the test a few weeks ago and have heard nothing yet.
    Also my theory test cert is obviously expiring also as it too is only valid for two years and i got my license the day after i
    set it.

    What do i do?
    do i have to sit the theory test again?

    and yes i know i shouldnt have let it go so long.

    if it's second provisonal you're after, just apply as normal, application form, two photos, old licence, and fee.
    You would only have to resit the theory test if your provional was 5 years out of date.
