    I have worn it twice. The sleeves are too short for my long arms, so I don't use it.
    Key Features:
    • The emergency cape: water and wind resistant, yet packs away easily
    • Coated nylon fabric with water-repellent treatment
    • Cut long in back to protect from wheel spray
    • Temperature range: 12 - 16 degrees Celsius.
