It downloads fine but I get an error message stating network has timed out just before it completes. er= -3250
Tried turing off firewall and still no joy! I have connected a Nano and upgraded its software fine.
My laptop runs Vista (i know, why)
I have downloaded it maybe 10 times but it just as it finishes i get the errror message
    Please Help
