rent a water filter

    Hi , as you can see I am new to the site. I have made great use of the info here in the past perhaps now I can contribute a little.

    Looking at all the water filter threads it is hard to separate the crap from the pure if you know what i mean! Seems like they are all out for the fast kill!

    There seems to be a lot of money involved? if companies believed in themselves perhaps they would rent including service, filters etc rather than expect people to sign up on finance or part with 100 of pounds up front.

    I dont mind paying for what i get. pay as you go nd it would be great not to have to buy bottled water.

    Money where their mouth is sort of thing.

    Am I dreaming?

    happens in the states a lot -

    if you rent it the company has to finance it ,leaving it a liability on there balance sheet
    if they sell it to you or you finance it, its profit for them .

    purely business

    Makes sense. I just cant justify paying out loads for a water filter i am not sure will even deliver and with no guarantee of running costs. Clean H2O is all very well but not at any cost!

    Calling all filter companies. Who will rent me a water filter all inclusive no catches and get rid of the nasties in my water.

    I dont want finance, personal loan or a hole in my pocket just clean water.
