I've had it with Eircom FWA. I'm getting 0.47Mb/s Download and 0.06Mb/s upload with a 202 ping and all for €25 a month, wokers! I'm on an aerial cos' my exchange is not being upgraded to DSL so limited options. Looking at Digiweb and Skytel as an alternative . . anyone got any good or bad things to offer on these suppliers.

Digiweb metro gets good reports but according to your location you won't be able to receive it,Skytel is south Wexford,I've heard contention is very high on Skytel and it's bit expensive imo.Permanet for fixed wireless could be the answer, have it myself and no problems.Ripplecom could be worth a look aswell. http://www.permanet.ie/New/ or http://www.ripplecom.net/ .I'd avoid the plug in dongles like the plague.
