BJJ in Ashbourne

    Does anyone know if there's anyone coaching BJJ in Ashbourne? There's a new MMA club "Performance Martial Arts", who's taking the grappling classes here?

    No grappling classes on there, so not really what I'm looking for. Thanks anyway.

    We are on the ground grappling just as much as were on our feet. We have 3 mma classes per week and we make sure we incorporate all aspects of mixed martial arts into our classes. There is bjj up the road in drogheda taught by Wayne fagan And he runs a very good class too if that's close to you. If not you can always try our place.
