Resistance Bands

    Hi All,

    I have a quick question does anyone know what resistance bands this guy is using? they have a chest attachment for benching as you'll see in the video

    Don't know the specific ones he has, but you can get universal harnesses for use with resistance devices separately from the elastics themselves.

    For example, although the photo here shows it attached to a long elastic at the waist, if you squint at the photo you can see that there are loops at chest level on each side, which would suit for attaching resistance bands for bench presses like in your video. So you could use it with any brand of resistance bands that come with a clip attachment.
