I think france and spain have applied for advance payments a few weeks ago because of major crop loss because of flooding in France and drought in spain. I heard nothing about Ireland applying for advance payment but did read that advanced payment is only made if there is a natural disaster or the like. So I guess what I'm saying is that we won't be getting advanced payments.

id imagine we will get something maybe not 70% prob 30% or 50% lets wait and see
