    FYI

Wrecked the steel brake line on a motor over the weekend while disconnecting it. Thought I was shagged.

Called the local motor factor and was very surprised to find that he could fabricate a replacement for 15 notes.

Took 30 mins and fits perfectly. I've done a bit of research and the copper alloy seems fine for brake purposes.

    Happy Days.

How long of a brake line?

    Howaya.

Don't think length was an issue at all. The one I got made up was about 2 foot long and matched the original in shape for the most part.
