    can anybody recommend a good estate agent in Drogheda? I'm thinking of changing AE to sell my property.

    You should get a quote from all and barter them off against one another. See who gives the best rate with boards/ads/internet coverage and get each one to undercut each other.
    They should be desperate for business I would imagine.
