Anyone ever stayed with this crowd to go skiing? On the face of it, it looks like a good way to take my family skiing, but I'd love some feedback from someone who has been there.

What is the place like, how good is the food, is there a decent bar, is it good value for money? Is it all kids, or are there plenty of adults too? Do you have to speak good French?

    Hey Eileen,

I havent been with them but I have seen them lots in Chamonix. They have two places in the valley from what I can see. The first is in Chamonix town centre by the river and the other place is up the valley in Argentiere(on the main st).
The age groups I have seen with them tend to be late teens - early 30's people. Every weekend when they arrived there were coach loads getting off in Argentiere(We were staying across the road from their centre)
Up on the hill you could see the groups of learners with their instructors. The groups seemed to be quite reasonable in size (8-12 with 1 instructor).

I have considered in organising a trip with them for my friends but I
always end up booking everything myself. Their website is good with lots of info and their costs seem quite good too.

I'll be keeping an eye on this thread and hopefully someone come's along with some hands experience of them.

    You're in LA? I'm impressed.

I've skied with the FUAJ, and usually found it good, but the resorts I'm interested in are not ideal for the group I'm travelling with. UCPA seems to be in some good snow sure resorts that also have night life,.
