Drink an actimel or other Bio-yoghurt afterwards and this should help.

Cure? That would suggest that you're suffering from an ailment of some kind?

Flatulence post-porridge is one of the most natural things in the world, why fight it? If you didn't fart after eating porridge then I would suggest that you're in need of some medical advice.

Best way to drop people, some might call it chemical warfare or performance enhancing.

I'm not sure, this advice may be even better:

You may actually be able to hit the drops and fire reverse guns.

    Flatulence, why fight it?
Porridge is a great food Ive read. I wasn’t planning on farting so much. I don’t normally have a flatulence problem.

    Time line:
    Porridge at 11 am approx.

    Lunch 12:30
2 PM - On a cycle I had to go out of the saddle several times an hour, there was an unexpected speed gain, very helpful on hills.

3:30 PM - I was swimming in a lake and I was waiting on dead fish to float to the surface.

maybe chew a few ball bearings with the porridge?

you'd make a really good 18th centrury rifle? make sure your out of the saddle first!

My uncle cycled a lot and he used to refer to farting as "the turbo."

I would always leave the oats in water overnight. Reduces the cooking time also.

Complex carb, perfect for slow energy release and also a pretty good post exercise carb for recovery, only real drawback is its fantastically dull to eat.

Your body might just need to get used to it. Maybe give it a week
