Are we Europes testing ground for law reform?
New draconian internet censorship laws are being adopted by some Irish ISP's which are being inforced and monitored by private unelected committees.
These test cases can then be rolled out across Europe once proven successful.
Who is involved in these select committees and who decides what agenda or charter they work to?
The end of the internet starts in Ireland

Did Finland say that their citizens can browse to any site they wish and guarantee that each ISP would never censor anything? Because if they didn't, your comparison to Ireland is completely irrelevant.

Donald Duck comics were once banned in Finland, because he doesn't wear any pants.
    How times have changed.....
    Urban myth, by the way.

Is the joke that you said broaden and broad band is a type of service internet service providers provide? I'm only a little confused because I didn't think it was possible for someone to intentionally make a joke that bad.
