Did anyone hear someone talking on a loudspeaker around Bray we are up across from Kilbride and could hear someone on a loudspeaker, I was wondering if anyone else heard it or knows what it was.

I couldn't hear it well, it was in the distance and I couldn't make any of it out as by the time I had muted the tv it had stopped a few seconds after. One of my mates heard it aswel from Ballywaltrim.
