Mms missing from 3.1.3

    Hi my mate got 3GS from meteor Spanish unlocked. She wants to keep it on 3.1.3 cause she wants to jailbreak it. Mms seems to be missing although the mms settings seems to be there there's no way to send mms I tried the messages settings but there's no mms activate thing there either! Can anyone help

    open up an image and in the bottom left corner theres an icon.
    press it and you get some options uncluding delete. email and MMS.

    No. I know what the camera option looks like as I have it on my own phone. This is my mates phone
