LED Question

Hey my boss asked me to do some electrical work earlier and I was wondering if someone could help me:

When someone presses a button, I need an LED to come on; easy enough, but what I need is the LED to stay on when they release the button, until I press another button to stop the current to the LED.
    Possible? Cheers!
