I am returning to college full time in September, I will be giving up my job to study I do hope to get some part time work to cover bills etc, but my hubby is currently on Job-seekers Allowance means tested, can he apply for me as a dependent adult? Can he also get an allowance for our kids which he is not getting due to…

Yes he can, he just needs to advise his local office when you are no longer working, they will probably request your P45, and then they can increase his weekly payment.
