    Maybe they forgot.

    OR Maybe there's a big red button in the CAO offices that says 'END CHANGE OF MIND' or something and its stuck?

    But in all fairness to them, was good to give the last-minute people freaking out that bit extra.

    Or people who might have just been running in the door! :)
