    What are some Irish and UK magazines that accept and pay for freelance articles??

    Most magazines accept freelance articles. Go to any newsagent and look.

    What exactly are you looking to write about?

    Check out the Press and Magazine section in MediaLive.ie for names.

    Go in to Easons and and you will find more mags than you shake a stick at.

    I have checked lots of women magazines in a large newsagents but it isn't specified whether or not they accept freelance work in most of them.
    I'll check that website i was hoping for a list so thanks.

    Publications rarely if ever state that they're looking for freelance contributions - your best bet is to contact an editor or commissioning editor to ask them if they are.
