    For curiosities sake,
    What subs have you hit in competition so far this year and what's your highest percentage competition sub overall?

    Well I usually lose by submission more often:p But Traingles and Armbars are definatly what I get more,usually from guard too with my lanky legs :D

    when i first started competing i hit a lot of triangles. now my highest percentage move is the guillotine with the darce being a close second.

    When im rolling in MMA I Hit a lot of armbars from my back and i also get a lot of RNC's

    Never hit a Guillotine or a Darce (or any kind of footlock) in competition.
    Triangle, Armbar, Kimura, RNC and recently collar chokes have come to the party.

    holy ****! that's gas. Did your fan club but that together or is that your handiwork? I thought there would be a few clips of you running through the mountains or flipping tyres of something. Having said that, couldn't finid the gogo :pac::pac::pac:

    I'm an ippon man myself.

    My most used throws would probably be osoto or harai makikomi, tani otoshi, ko and o uchi gari and the odd sumi gaeshi when the situation presents itself.
