Hey wondering if anyone can help; tried to bake a cheesecake last night, followed the recipe baked for 30 minutes until the crust was brown. Problem is I checked it this morning and the inside of the cheesecake is still a bit too soft. Would it be possible to re-bake til it sets or is it a lost cause...?

Im sure you have either eaten it or thrown it out by now Id say the oven temp was wrong - check if temp was for fan assisted oven or oven with no fan. If temp was a bit lower the inside would be cooked before the outside gets to crispy!
