    Online poker site, Betpack.com, have announced that they will be throwing their substantial weight behind The Eglinton Casino Galway Races Poker Festival, to which Betpack.com will be adding €7000.

    The Festival will be host to the much coveted Irish Champions Challenge Cup (ICCC). This is a €1000 buy-in winner takes all invitational tournament which will be made up of 9 of the top players in Ireland.
    The 10th seat in the ICCC is reserved for a qualifier from the Betpack.com online site and Betpack.com are also adding €1000 to the event making it €11,000 for the winner.

    The Main Event for the week will be a €250 freezeout on Friday 30th July. This event will be run over 2 days and will have €2500 added to the prize pool.

    Betpack.com will also be sponsoring a Player of The Festival prize running throughout the entire week. A league will be run in which a player cashing in any of the 11 tournaments during the festival will receive league points, with the league leader at the end of the week receiving the title of Player of The Festival and winning €1500 VIP package to the Irish Poker Classic Festival in Cork.

    Online qualification for the Main Event and for the final seat in the ICCC will be run on Betpack.com
    Live Satellites for the Main Event will be run in The Eglinton Casino in the lead up to the Festival

Last years field contained WSOP bracelet winner Marty Smyth, Andy Black, Jude Ainsworth and IPC winner and current ICCC title holder Padraig Parkinson.

    The 10th seat in the ICCC is reserved for you, and you can get this seat by qualifing online with Betpack.com.

    Betpack.com are also adding €1000 to the event making it €11,000 for the winner.

    BetPack.com exclusive ICCC 2010 Qualifier takes place on the 19th July 2010 at 20:30 GMT which also gives the winner entry to the €20K Main Event, plus we also have a number of €500 runners up packages for the festival's Main Event.

    There are two ways to enter this qualifier:

    1) Buy in direct to the $50+5 ICCC 2010 Qualifier

    or

    2) Earn $75 in Rake and gain FREE entry to the $50+5 ICCC 2010 Qualifier
    Players must Rake $75 between 23rd June - 23:59:59 BST 18th July 2010 to gain FREE entry.

    The ICCC 2010 Qualifier winner will win entry to the exclusive BetPack.com ICCC final table + entry to the festival's Main Event.
