What should I add to my fish meals to offset the issue of mecury as I keep hearing about it. Also the cheaper the better.

Basically looking for something that will bind with the mecury and allow it to pass out of my system

Selenium in fish protects against heavy metals so I wouldn't worry about it.

If you're really concerned take some kelp tablets for extra iodine, iodine can rid your body of excess heavy metals and other contaminants.
