    hey all,

Just looking for some info if anyone can help me out. I'm gonna start my ppl training with atlantic in cork soon but i was wondering how many lessons are possible a day? I'm not trying to rush it or anything i'll just have a good hour and a half of driving to get to Cork and i want to make the most of every trip.

Finally would it be worth it to stay in a b&b for one night as i'm only able to do it at weekends?

    Cheers for any help

in the US of A you could get up in the air 3 times in the one day doing 1hr bloc lessons all this depending on how many other students using the same acft and the weather.:D

There's your problem straight away. Weekends are the busy time for all flight schools. You'd have to talk to Atlantic about scheduling. But in general, they can't really have one student tieing up an aircraft on busy days. But frankly there is no reason you can't organise two lessons a day assuming you book them early enough. Once you go solo you can add to that total by taking to the circuit on your own.

Before you start learning to fly I'd brush up on spelling.
