Back Pain

I'm a perfectly healthy and fit 25 year old but after the gym on Sunday, i woke up yesterday and my lower back was in bits and still is today.

I normally have a bit of discomfort and stiffness in my lower back but the past two days have been very sore. I'm very careful in the gym, i stretch properly and lift weights correctly (although i went to a new gym on Sunday and used some new machines).

Does anybody have any good links on how to stretch out your lower back or links to improve your posture?

I'd advise you to post in the fitness section as this may have happened to someone else there and they should be able to help.

They still aren't going to be able to give you any full on medical advise. You're better off going to see someone.
