It wont be opening as a Crunch because they pulled out. There is someone else looking at opening a dry facility but nothing concrete yet

I'd say it'll be while before any big commercial gym moves in there, if at all.

There's an AWESOME "Hot Yoga" centre in Beacon South Quarter.

Is it the exercise or the clientele that make it awesome?

I take it a dry facility means that without showers?

    Hi

I would assume that a "Dry facility" would mean no swimming pool, jacuzzi, etc.

Couldn't open a gym without showers as the heath folks would never approve it.

    Best Regards,

    M

    Hi,

    Yes, your probably right.

The reason I mentioned it was because there's a small gym in Milltown there, where I don't think showers are available.

    Thanks anyway

The new owners are not going to finish the pool, but it will have showers.

If anyone is interested in joining (if it does get opening), please bump this thread because i'd have some advice based on who is talking about opening it. I dont want to handicap any owners who may end up opening it, but one of the groups involved are to be avoided at all costs.

Awesome, awesome awesome news :) You've made my day - Blackrock is so much handier for me and my city girl non-driving ways.

I'm lucky enough to know someone there but I think it's about 60 euro per hour session.
