Anyone out there a believer in the Clearkey approach to golf?

In the Dream On book John Richardson talks about this.
I have tried it and it can be useful in keeping a consistent tempo to your swing and in trying to stop you thinking about swing mechanics.
Of course if your swing mechanics are crap then all the clear keys in the world aren't going to help :D

I haven't heard of this before, from looking at the website it seems really interesting. I'm going to give it a go. Playing this afternoon so I'll let you know how I get on.
