Hi, does anyone know how long a court order takes to issue? My ex-boss refuses to pay redundancy & back wages, etc, and I had to get a court order. That was weeks ago & I've heard nothing yet. Does it takes ages?

Contact the court office and chase it up with them.

You need to get an execution order from the circuit court to send to the sheriff.

Or register it as a judgment against property the creditor owes, this is tricky and will require a solicitor.
