Looking for a 2008 diesel car

    Hello all, need to replace our car and want to get a small 2008 diesel car to minimise road tax. What would you be recommending when it comes to value?. Have looked at Kia Ceed and the Peugeot 308 for example. Tks in advance.

    Volvo i know its no really a small car, but some of the newer diesels
    are 1.6 so fall under the €160 to tax for the year.

    Not a bad car either.

    I am selling my car soon but have it sort of promised to somebody,

    '08 SEAT Cordoba
    1.4 Tdi Sport
    €104 tax
    Miser on diesel
    19,000 Kilometers on the clock

    Grand car to drive.

    1.6 Focus Zetec TDCI - nice mover and tax is only 104 for the year
