Inspire my accessories please!

Hi stylish ladies and gents,

I have gotten this pretty frock for a wedding in August (the colour is quite a bit greyer than in the photo - it's more steely silvery grey than the almost-white look in the picture ).


Anyway, I have no clue what colours to accessorise it with. I could try all silver/grey obviously but that might be a bit dull for a summer wedding - does anyone have any suggestions of what might match? I'm looking for inspiration for shoes, possibly bag, a kind of cover-up for the church (although I'll be wearing the dress with straps but would still like something over my shoulders) and since it's a pretty formal wedding, possibly a headpiece as well - although that might be a bit much. Initial thoughts are maybe baby pink, or a rich purpely blue - what does anyone else think? Any specific links to shoes etc would be great.

On a slightly related note, is there any decent alternative to pashminas for cover-ups? Whenever I try the pashmina look, I end up looking much more Peig Sayers than elegant supermodel!

Thanks to all for any ideas. I have a couple of months to go yet so could buy online or am based in Dublin if you can suggest any shops there.
