Switched it over at about 7:15 and all I could see was a lump of flab slobbering on my screen.

Emmerdale and Corrie should be on but the football on ITV made TV3 make the change and dig out this trash.

No. It's tackly, tabloid TV3 trash, as per usual.

There was a thread or two on this when it was broadcast first. Here's one: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055019461

I thought there was a better one though. where the D4 girl gets lots of abuse.... Can't seem to find it.

I thought the Latvian girl and the traveller protrayed themselves very well.

That Mica one and her friend though acted like complete tossers.

That's rich, coming from the man who was in tears because Emmerdation Street wasn't in the trash-zone at the right time.

I don't watch any soaps. I was saying they usually are on, not that I was vexed because they weren't.

TV3 are a table-top of tabloid trash. The station emphasises the displayal of celebrity and lacks the pulling power needed to grasp the real deal in the market - the viewer. The viewer TV3 are missing are the older generations - the people with knowledge on hoe good telly is produced.

Martin King strengthens this claim. He stupidifies the public with his clammy forecasts and makes a farce of weather forecasting with his birthday shout-outs and other banal blarney.

I highlighted the pseudo-intellectual punditry for reference purposes.

I wouldn't call it pseudo. I believe it to be the truth. We all know they're a tacky station with few programs of note. The Apprentice is the best they can offer. Mind you Vincent Browne was a good move for the station. He's classic.
