New Hard Rock Band looking for Drums, Bass 2nd Guitar and Vox(Everyone Welcome)

Basically i have a huge collection of songs written and want to get them out there, so im looking to set up a new band, My influences would range from Prog bands such as Dream Theater, Pink Floyd, and Rush, to Metallica, Alice in Chains, Alter Bridge, and literally hundreds of bands inbetween.. Basically looking for like minded and indeed open minded musicians, i've personally been in bands for years and have plenty of connections for gigs and recording etc etc, so drop me a pm if you interested and all ages, sexes etc are very welcome..

heres a myspace i set up and i recorded a song pretty quickly to give you an idea what style of music it'll be, but i'll throw some more stuff up there.. Also fast forward the track too the 1.09 minute mark for some reason thats when it starts:o

Oh and based in South Dublin. But will likely jam in a rehersal room in town

Just a bump because ive added 2 new songs that ive recorded this morning, ive recorded the songs on a little 4 track so the sound quality isnt exactly perfect but it sounds ok with earphones..

Tnanks to absolutely everyone who's been in touch with me, ive finally managed to nearly get the band sorted, we just now need a bassist, also i heard from some bassists early on, into this but somehow erased all my pms, so please get back in touch with me if your still interested.. Well, this is my old band where I used to play (Actually it's not exactly Prog, is more a technical death metal I played with them for more than 6 years...recorded 3 demo CD and 1 full lenght....all the songs you can hear are from the LP where I recorded the keyboards)

Jesus thats F'N awesome music man.. Unfortunately our singer has just told me he'd prefer to do keys himself, Thanks a lot though dude, i cant imagine it being too hard for you to find a band on here to be perfectly honest..

Actually, the hardest thing here in Dublin is to find a band that is not a cover band....most of the bands just want to play covers to gig in the pubs. I'm already playing in a cover band here, I'm just looking for an "original" prog band and yes, it's not so simple

Been playing bass for over 3 years. My influences include Nofx, Rancid, Metallica, Slayer, Streetlight Manifesto, Korn...
Have been in bands before, and gigged throughtout Dublin.
I'm 16 and based in Tallaght. Hope any age difference doesn't get in the way...
